WIND CONDITIONS AT LAKE GARDA
At Lake Garda, you will experience two unique winds: the powerful “Pelèr” from the north in the mornings and the relaxed “Ora” from the south. The “Pelèr” reaches impressive speeds of up to 30 knots on some days – ideal for early birds. By midday, the “Pelèr” gives way to a stable “Ora” wind, perfect for beginners, blowing at speeds of up to 18 knots. Take advantage of these optimal conditions and enjoy an unforgettable kitesurfing experience at Lake Garda.
KITESURF COURSES AT BEEKITE – OFFICIAL VDWS KITE CENTER
At BEEKITE, we emphasize teaching each participant individually according to their level. Our kitesurfing courses follow VDWS guidelines, and thanks to our experience, we take advantage of targeted teaching techniques.
The courses take place in the middle of the lake, with no obstacles – ideal conditions for learning this sport. Typical mistakes like pulling the bar too much or crashing the kite are harmless here, thanks to the generous space.
The lake allows permanent movement, and exercises in the water can be repeated without interruption. Long, tiring walks on the beach are not necessary, allowing us to save up to 2 hours of learning time compared to areas were you have to start from land.
Our training boats provide necessary support during lessons. After every practical session on the water, we return to the school for a quick and constructive feedback. Immerse yourself in the world of kitesurfing and experience an efficient, safe and enjoyable learning journey at BEEKITE.
